Where can I follow the Steam release?
The official Rustlers Online Steam page has the latest store status. Add the game to your wishlist to follow its release. Wishlisting does not activate launcher access.
How do I use an activation code?
Sign in to the account centre and use the game activation form. Check that you are using the intended account. If a code is rejected or already used, contact the team; do not publish the code in comments or screenshots.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Open password recovery and enter your account name or email. Check your inbox and spam folder for the reset email. If it does not arrive, contact games@rexing.co. Never send us your password or reset link.
I can sign in, but my game is missing.
Check the games listed in the account centre and make sure you are signed in with the account used for activation. A reX Games account and game access are separate. If access still looks wrong, contact the team without sharing your password or activation code.
My download or update did not finish.
Check your connection and available disk space, then retry using the official download above. When reporting the issue, include Windows or macOS, the launcher version and the exact error message. Remove account details, activation codes and reset links from screenshots.
Why am I asked to sign in again?
Website sign-in is scoped to the open browser tab. Closing the tab ends the stored session. If your browser blocks session storage, refreshing or changing pages may also require another sign-in. You can continue using the launcher with your account.
What should I include in a bug report?
Tell us what happened, what you expected, the steps to reproduce it and whether you use Windows or macOS. For a gameplay problem, include the map and game mode. Send it through the feedback form (Turkish) or email games@rexing.co.
